Burchianti Hotel is a small and very charming hotel in the heart of Florence close to the Medici Chapels and the Duomo. A few steps away from Santa Maria Novella and the most important florentine Museums and Galleries.Originally situated in via del Giglio 6 in the Bartolini Salimbeni palace, from 2001 has been transferred on the piano nobile (first floor with lift) of the neighbouring renaissance Palazzo Castiglioni where has been re-created the atmosphere of the old times in large spaces, finely frescoed, moving all the furniture, carpets, silver and china ware.
Hotel Burchianti has 11 rooms, most of them with stunning views of beautiful 19th frescoes of Liberty period. As the building has been completely renovated, the rooms offer all modern conveniences, while soffuse lighting guarantees a mood of intimacy.
All rooms are air conditioned and decorated in a very luxurious way with beautiful Italian fabrics and antiques. In each room there is TV, minibar and telephone.

Getting to Tourist House Duomo B&B
By Car: from the A1-Highway, exit “Firenze Sud”, then follow the indications for “Viali Circonvallazione” or “Centro-Stazione”. Under S. Maria Novella Railway Station you can park your car and then reach the hotel by walking.
By Train: cross “Piazza dell’ Unita” in front of the Railway Train Station and take “Via Cerretani”. Turn on the left at the second street, “Via del Giglio”. The hotel is located at number 8, on the first floor of the building.
